Our Responsibilities

Admissions and Enrolment

The office manages the complete admission process for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including application processing, document verification, student registration, fee collection, and enrolment. It also provides guidance to prospective students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and institutional policies.

Student Administration

The College Office oversees all student-related administrative activities throughout the academic programme. It maintains student records, processes examination registrations, issues identity cards and certificates, coordinates scholarship applications, and provides assistance for hostel accommodation, academic documentation, and student welfare services.

Academic Administration

The office supports the smooth implementation of academic activities by coordinating with various departments, maintaining academic records, preparing official correspondence, facilitating university communications, and ensuring compliance with institutional and university regulations.

Faculty and Staff Administration

Administrative support is extended to teaching and non-teaching staff in matters related to appointments, promotions, leave management, service records, professional development, and other personnel-related activities, ensuring efficient human resource management.
