VISION

To build a sustainable student-led innovation ecosystem that empowers young innovators to develop technology-driven solutions and transform into successful entrepreneurs.

MISSION

• Sensitize students towards innovation and entrepreneurship through workshops, talks, and bootcamps.
• Support idea generation, prototyping, and business model development via makerspace and mentorship.
• Enable startup formation by providing infrastructure, seed funding linkages, and IPR facilitation.
• Connect student innovators with industry, investors, and government schemes under KSUM.

The IEDC Startup Summit 2026 was organised in collaboration with Kerala Startup Mission on March 6th & 7th at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirapally.As part of the Summit, Dr Thara C M, Nodal Officer I and Student leads- Ansar Ali and Noorul Aine of S6 FT and CSE respectively participated in the event. On 6th, Keynote talks and panel discussions , networking and mentorship, entertainment sessions were arranged for the Nodal Officers. Experts from various fields were the speakers of the day. The highlights of the events on 7th for students and nodal officers included Product launch & Expo, Seminars and workshops of experts, Interaction with Sri.Anoop Ambika, CEO, KSUM was also arranged. The two days event served as a major platform for student innovation, entrepreneurship learning and startup networking.
