He is a former officer with Government of Kerala and is currently the President, Ramakrishna Ashram, Ramakrishna Mission (affiliated to Belur Mutt) Pathanamthitta. He is Senior Vice President, Kerala Handball Association. He is Secretary of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Pathanamthitta. He also serves as Executive Member, Pathanamthitta District Olympic Association.

Shri P I Sherief Mohammed has toured several foreign countries for the propagation of ancient Indian knowledge tradition — Sanatana Dharma — and has delivered talks before national and international audiences.

Chairman's Message

Musaliar College of Engineering and Technology aim at the holistic development of technical students in a nature friendly campus. Innovation and creativity among engineering and management students are promoted based on actual project based themes with focus on sustainable solutions.

We promote pluralism, diversity and uphold the ethical wisdom and age old values of our country. We strive to adhere to the secular credentials despite being a minority institution.

We initiated a startup culture in the campus much before the idea was groomed by State government. Now we are in the process of starting new generation courses like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Block Chain technology etc. to keep pace with the changing technology scenario. It is gratifying to notice that government of Kerala and various departments align with the institution for skill upgradation of their employees. I wish all the stakeholders and associates for nurturing this institution as a centre of excellence.
