HOW TO APPLY
The candidates can obtain the Application Forms as follows:

Instructions to be followed before registration
- Kindly refer the Information Brochure carefully, before filling the application form.
- Fields Marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.
- Provide all the relevant details carefully.
- After filling up the application, please go through once again and then submit the form.
- If the application is not submitted and showing red text on the application, please correct it and resubmit.

Documents to be submitted
The duly filled in application together with the following documents can be submitted directly at the College Office or through post.
1. Self-Attested copy of the Certificate of Standard X for proof of Age.
2. Self-Attested copy of the Mark list of the Qualifying Examination (12th / Equivalent).
3. Self-Attested copy of the Admit Card of the Entrance Examination 2015.
4. Self-Attested copy of the Mark list of the Entrance Examination 2015.
5. Stamp sized Photo to be affixed to the Application Form.
6. Self-Attested copy of caste certificate (in the case of SC/ST/Dalit X’tian candidates).
7. Demand Draft / Details of Net Banking remittance (in the case of downloaded forms only). Write the name of the applicant on its back side.
Application not accompanied by documents above, late and incomplete application will be summarily rejected without further intimation.
Instructions for Candidates applying Online
Data entry
a. Visit the website of the college (………………).
b. In the Admission Link click “B-Tech Admissions”
c. Click on the link Apply Online
d. Enter correct details in all the columns of the Application Form.
e. The details of the remittance is to be entered in the Application Form as otherwise the Application will not be accepted.
f. Note down the password entered for future reference.
g. Click the “Submit” Button.
h. Your Application ID will be displayed and also e-mailed to you in the e-mail id provided by you, which should be noted down for future reference.
Registration
1. Click “Candidate Registration” for commencing processing of the application.
2. Type in the Application ID and Password to Log in. The entire Application Form together with the data you have filled in will reappear for your verification and correction (if any) for physically registering the application with the college
3. Once you are satisfied with the entries, press confirm.
4. At this stage the information in the Application Form will be frozen. No further changes will be possible.
5. Now the Profile Details Page appears where you can download the Filled Up Application Form (PDF Format) AND/OR get the Acknowledgement for the Application AND/OR Change Password.
6. Log out to complete the Online Process.
7. A Printed copy of the filled Application Form together with the documents mentioned above, is to be forwarded to the college through post or submitted directly at the college office before the specified date.

The duly filled in application (downloaded from the college website) together with the documents mentioned above, is to be forwarded to the college through post or submitted directly at the college office before the specified date.
Note:
Incomplete Application without the attachments as specified above will be rejected in total.
