Dept of Food Technology in association with AFSTI & NetProFaN Kollam chapters organized invited talk in commemoration of World Food Safety day on 9th June.The chief guest was Dr Sirimavo Nair, Professor, M S University of Baroda.She addressed the S2 & S4 students of Food Technology and plus two students of Sree Sarada Vilasom Higher Secondary School on the topic Iodized Salt industry and State experience on double fortified salt.Posters, Still models and millet recipe displays were arranged and cash prizes were distributed to poster competition winners
