Systematic training and coaching is also offered for various games in the evening. A fitness assessment is designed to help your progress and help to assist in the development of your fitness program. Regular fitness testing can objectively measure the effectiveness of your program and if progress is not visible then immediate changes can be made to your program. The P.E Instructor & Fitness Center Assistants will help you to decide the assessments most compatible with your fitness goals.
